Legal statement of company trademarks, American Oriental Bioengineering Inc.

American Oriental Bioengineering Inc. and its subsidiaries (referred to as “AOBO”) is a multinational incorporation listed on New York Stock Exchange. As a leading developer, supplier and distributor of plant based (natural) pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, AOBO has established globally highly active interaction and integration with the capital market and product market, and determined to become the lasting world leader in the field of modern plant based pharmaceutical products.

AOBO has legally registered and owned “AOBO”, “美东”、“金鸡” and such well known name brands. The said trademarks and brand names are protected by applicable law. Without official authorization from AOBO, no one is permitted to use the said trademarks and brand names in any fashion or form.

Recently, both in domestic and foreign markets, there have been many counterfeit products with AOBO brand names. Such products may have caused confusion to the public when selecting the AOBO brands and services. In order to clarify the fact, we solemnly declare that without the authorization and permission from AOBO, no one is permitted to use the registered trademarks and brand names of AOBO by law.
